It all started with a friend and a dream.
We were just lending a hand helping someone close to launch his musical career. What began as a simple collaboration quickly evolved into something much deeper. The late-night studio sessions, the creative breakthroughs, the grind behind every beat lit a fire in us.
As the vision grew, so did the commitment. What started as support turned into serious investment: time, energy, resources, and heart. We realized we weren’t just helping an artist; we were building something bigger.
That’s when Vazquez Music Records was born.
Founded from passion and forged through hustle, our label is dedicated to elevating urban talent with professionalism, authenticity, and drive. We know what it takes because we’ve lived it — from the ground up.

Li-C
LI-C is a Cuban singer and songwriter who fuses urban rhythms with Caribbean essence, creating a fresh, authentic, and global sound. Born in Santa Clara, Cuba, music has run through her veins from an early age, and her voice has crossed borders, conquering stages in Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates before she settled in Miami, United States, where she continues to develop her artistic career.
Signed under the Vazquez Music Records label, LI-C has worked with renowned producers such as La Companioni and Nando Pro, and has collaborated with big names in the urban genre like Jacob Forever and Harryson. Her versatility is reflected in her discography, which ranges from her afrobeat album “Mariposa” to her EP “Capiro”, a production that pays tribute to her roots and represents her evolution within the reparto genre.
Recognized for her authenticity and artistic vision, LI-C was highlighted as an emerging “Under the Radar” artist by Billboard Latin in 2024, and in 2025 she was named one of the 31 Cuban artists who have made the reparto genre in a special Billboard Latin article.
LI-C symbolizes strength, transformation, and creative freedom. She is currently continuing to explore new sounds and musical projects that reflect her energy, identity, and connection with audiences around the world.
